How do I place an order in the BIEN SAVVY shop?

To place your online order with Bien Savvy, please select the desired style (s), in the Wedding Dresses or Luxury Dresses sections. You can use the available filters to make your shopping a lot more personalized: shop by Size, Color, Style, Occasion, Price or Collection.

Click on the desired product to see specific details and more pictures. Select quantity, size and color then click the Add to Shopping Bag button. Click the Size Guide link to see what size will fit you best.

You can review your order by checking the Shopping Bag. Here you can add more styles, change your size, color or remove items. Finalize your order by clicking the Proceed to Checkout button. Register with Bien Savvy or login to your account. Complete requested fields and proceed to send in your payment.

You can also place your order with a BIEN SAVVY shopping consultant by phone at 0040 757 038 600 or by email at client@biensavvy.eu.

Can I have my order packed or sent as a gift?

Yes. Simply specify this in the assigned field during your Checkout and a Bien Savvy consultant will help you make the best gift ever.

How do I know my order was placed successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email from Bien Savvy within minutes after having placed your order. If you don’t see it in your Inbox, check your Junk folder too.

 

SIZING

What sizes do you carry?

BIEN SAVVY gowns come in sizes 36 to 46 (European Size) / 4 to 14 (American Size) / 8 to 16 For larger sizes there is an extra charge of 10% of the initial cost. For a perfect fit you can choose our exclusive Sur Mesure Service.

What is Sur Mesure?

With our exclusive Sur Mesure service, you can have your BIEN SAVVY gown made to be a perfect fit. Each woman is unique and we’d love to create the dress that matches her style and body in the most flattering way.

If you’d like to have a Sur Mesure dress made by Bien Savvy, you will have to take your personal measurements. You can do this in the product page of each style available on our website or send us your measurements, color choice or specific detailing such as long sleeves/no sleeves, full back / open back etc at client@biensavvy.eu.

In general, the Sur Mesure service implies an extra charge of 150 EUR. Sur Mesure styles by Bien Savvy are not returnable and are not refundable. Please take into account, each order may require more effort or details that could raise the final cost. A Bien Savvy shopping consultant will always advise you on the total cost of your order, before proceeding with the order.

 

PAYMENT

How do I pay?

Payment can be made through the securized online system offered by “MobilPay” , PayPal and wire transfer

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by BIEN SAVVY. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to BIEN SAVVY, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Please note that the price of each style does not include the delivery fee. The delivery fee is added during the checkout process.

You can also pay for your order by using your PayPal account. Please contact a Bien Savvy shopping consultant at 0040 757 038 600 or at client@biensavvy.eu for this payment option.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, to your desired address, be it your home or office. Just make sure someone will be at the address to receive the package.

What is the delivery cost?

Each order has a delivery charge depending on the weight of the product and your zone location.

If you are outside the zone range of the courier, delivery will cost more, but these costs will be communicated to you by our sales consultants immediately after order confirmation.

If the courier company imposes any price increases we will deliver high rates without previous notice. Warning: if the courier cannot find anyone to the destination and fails to deliver the package, the order will return to us. To try another delivery you will have to pay for both expeditions.

Can I track my order?

We make sure you will always know where your order is. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Do you ship on weekends and national holidays?

We ship during business days, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

For items available in immediate stock the delivery time is 1 to 3 days. For items that are not available in stock it might take up to 15 to 25 days. For Sur Mesure items, the delivery time may vary, but we will make sure your dress reaches your destination in time for your big day.

 

RETURNS

How can I return a dress?

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 10 working days of receipt. Please send us an email at client@biensavvy.eu before returning a dress.

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country.

Please take into account the order must be returned to BIEN SAVVY SRL, Bucharest, Romania, 26 Popa Soare, 023983. The cost of the return is your responsibility.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice, after we also received the product/s returned. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

Sur Mesure dresses cannot be returned.

Product Care

To make sure your dress remains in good condition, always wash and dry your garment according to the care label. Care labels on your Bien Savvy dress will instruct you to use one of the following cleaning options:

Dry Clean: Always have a professional handle the dry cleaning of your dress. Make your dry cleaning professional aware of the instructions on the label.

Hand Wash: Avoid mixing whites, darks and brights. Be gentle with the rinsing and rubbing. Too much force can damage the lace. Rinse your garment until the water runs clear after hand washing.

After Wash Care: Don’t tumble dry or iron your garments unless the care label of the product says so. Remember to iron your dress on the reverse of prints or trims.

Delivery and returns

DELIVERY

Order processing may take up to 3 to 10 business  days for products in stock or 20 to 60 business days for those that are not in stock.

Delivery, made through DHL or TNT, can vary from 3 to 14 days.

We provide free shipping for all international deliveries in Europe/The US/Middle1 East/Australia.

As we deliver our orders with DHL exclusively, our international deliveries are made to all their availble international locations.  

RETURN TERMS

You can return your product(s) within 10 days of receiving your order. If we receive the product(s) after this term we may not be able to refund you.

Items that are not available in immediate stock, but are made at customer's express request, may not be returned.

The shipping cost of returns is the customer's responsibility. If you need to know more info about the return taxes please contact us at client@biensavvy.eu

Return Cost may vary from 80$ to 200$ depending on package volume and distance. Please make sure your return has reached us by sending an inquiry at client@biensavvy.eu

Here are the steps you need to take before returning your order:

1.       notify us by email regarding your intention to return your order at client@biensavvy.eu  - we need all the info you provided when you placed the order – Order ID, Name, Address, email, phone, Product code, Product price

2.       our customer care team will reply to your email in max 48 hours and  give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and all the details regarding the return process

3.       we advise you to return your order with DHL /TNT.

4.       Bien Savyy will notify DHL/TNT regarding the return and a DHL/TNT courier will contact you to pick up the package.

Custom made or sur mesure products cannot be returned.

 

 Payment of the Orders

Payment can be made through the secure online payment system “MobilPay” or “PayPal”.

RETURNED PRODUCTS

In order for us to refund you , the products you return must be in their original condition with all labels attached and in the original package. Note that we have the right to deny the return and we will not refund you in case the products are not in their original condition.

Items should be returned unused and with all BIEN SAVVY tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Please email client@BIENSAVVY.eu if any of your purchases have been delivered without BIEN SAVVY tags. All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to allow easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be provided to you by a customare Care Assistant by email when you announce that you wish to return a product via email at client@biensavvy.eu

If the product is returned in a state that cannot be sold as new, we reserve the right, without obligation to assume a charge to restore the original state (if possible) or to cover the price difference from selling the product as an improved product or at customer's demand, we will resend the product at his/her expense.

 

CUSTOM TAXES

Please not that some of the deliveries (in NON-EU states) are subject to custom taxes and VAT taxes depending on your location. The DHL/TNT customer care team will provide you with all the info about the custom taxes you will have to pay and the necessary documents you need for the custom. The custom taxes fall in your responsability and you will pay them directy to the DHL/TNT courier. For more info about the custom taxes please contact your national customs offices.

 

When will I receive a refund for returned items?

When all requirements have been met, we will notify you and refund the entire cost of the returned product(s), minus the return shipping charges which are the client's responsibility. Should you fail to meet any of these requirements, you will be notified and may have the possibility to have the merchandise returned to you. We are, however, not responsible for any additional shipping costs. Should you refuse to accept the returned merchandise, we reserve the right to keep the item and the corresponding amount that was paid.

A time frame of anywhere between 1-30 days should be calculated for the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. Please note that the refund will only be issued to the credit card used for the order. Normally credit appears within two months. In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder.  The refund will only be issued to the same account from which the wire transfer payment was made for the order. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

Privacy Policy

BIEN SAVVY guarantees customer privacy. The data provided to register will be used only for purposes for which they were required, namely - marketing and promoting products, events, benefits, promotions and news on behalf of BIEN SAVVY.

We recommend that your login information from your personal account will not be disclosed to third parties. BIEN SAVVY assumes no responsibility if someone else gets your personal password and has access to your account unauthorized and by your fault. BIEN SAVVY will not be liable if personal data is modified or retrieved by unauthorized persons. Unauthorized access to the site, the content, pictures, personal data of users or the server is considered fraud. This will be investigated as such by the competent authorities. BIEN SAVVY's online store and products cannot be associated with anything that may come into conflict with the status and interests of the brand BIEN SAVVY.

The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify BIEN SAVVY immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and where BIEN SAVVY feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

The company SC BIEN SAVVY SRL will be referred as “BIEN SAVVY”, “we”, “our”.

By using this Site, you agree to the terms and conditions below, as well as conditions of confidentiality. We recommend reading them carefully. BIEN SAVVY reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without any other notice. The latest version can be found on this page called "Terms and Conditions". ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

BIEN SAVVY offers products for sale that are in stock and products that are available custom made. If the product displayed on our Site is out of stock you can register for a special notification at office@BIENSAVVY.eu and enter on our Waiting List. If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on www.BIENSAVVY.eu, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site. Please be aware that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during period.

Order processing may take up to 3 to 10 days for products in stock or 20-60 business days in the periods in which campaigns are running discounts, promotional offers and Clearance periods.

 

PRICING POLICY

Prices shown on the Site are in RON but they can be converted also in EUR, USD and GBP and are inclusive of VAT(19%). The final purchase price for orders shipped outside the EU will be calculated with local VAT at checkout. Please note that duties for your country, the custom taxes, duties and handling fees for each individual country will be applied and invoiced separately through DHL.

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price in EUR, USD or GBP of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted and will be honored, except in cases of patent error.

Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Euros, Dollars or Sterling the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and BIEN SAVVY will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Bucharest, Romania and the language of the contract is English.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms and Conditions.

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

 

GIFT CARDS

BIEN SAVVY Traditional (printed) and Virtual Gift Cards are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
  2. Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on the the www.BIEN SAVVY.eu site.
  3. Gift Cards are non transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
  4. If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account and will be redeemed against subsequent orders.
  5. If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card and you have existing store credit on your account, this will automatically be redeemed to cover the remaining balance. All remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift credit or store credit must be paid by credit or debit card.
  6. If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account as store credit and will be redeemed against subsequent orders.
  7. Virtual Gift Cards will be e-mailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken. A copy will also be sent to the sender as confirmation of dispatch.
  8. BIEN SAVVY is not liable for delivery of a Virtual Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  9. BIEN SAVVY is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
  10. BIEN SAVVY reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.
  11. Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards with the exception of free shipping codes which can be applied to Printed Gift Cards orders.
  12. Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any products purchased with a BIEN SAVVY Gift Card.
  13. Shipping is applicable on Traditional Gift Cards.

PROMOTION CODES

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

 

DELIVERY

BIEN SAVVY insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by BIEN SAVVY and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Delivery is made exclusively by TNT for international orders and by FAN Courier for orders from and to Romania, therefore costs may be different depending on delivery area and weight of the product/s.

Delivery time may vary depending on location, for example for orders from Romania orders will be dispatched in 48h to 72h over the country and for foreign addresses time of delivery can take up to several days.

 

Delivery confirmation will be communicated to the client by our sales consultants BIEN SAVVY. Delivery of the product will be approved by you, written in order and invoice documents, but not exceeding 30 days from receipt of order. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. BIEN SAVVY are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Any order is subject to further checks of availability of products in stock. BIEN SAVVY will try to keep the real-time correspondence between stocks and products displayed on the site.

 

RETURNS

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 10 working days of receipt. Notice of contract cancellation under the DSRs must be given in writing to: the Customer Care Department, BIEN SAVVY 26 Popa Soare, Bucharest, Romania or by email to: office@BIENSAVVY.eu.

The customer will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at their own cost. Cancelled orders should be returned to: BIEN SAVVY Bucharest, Romania, 26 Popa Soare, 023983. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our atelier. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice, after we also received the product/s returned. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

Customers from Romania may cancel the contract without giving any reason within 10 days under OG 130/2000 by Law 51/2003 on the legal regime of remote contracts, only in writing, by email at office@BIENSAVVY.eu, and may return the product / products in the same period of 10 days, only if in perfect condition, including packaging, accessories and related consumables.

Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the DSRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation within 10 working days of receiving the order, by email or post as described above, i.e. before requesting your Return Merchandise Number (RMN) through your BIEN SAVVY account. Our consultants will send you the Return Merchandise Number as a confirmation of your request for a return.

The products Custom Made cannot be returned.

Items not available in immediate stock, but ordered at client's express request, cannot be returned.

Returned Products

Items should be returned unused and with all BIEN SAVVY tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Please email oof@BIENSAVVY.eu if any of your purchases have been delivered without BIEN SAVVY tags. All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to allow easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

If the product is returned in a state that cannot be sold as new, we reserve the right, without obligation to assume a charge to restore the original state (if possible) or to cover the price difference from selling the product as an improved product or at customer's demand, we will resend the product at his/her expense.

Faulty goods

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.

You can return your product(s) within 10 days of receiving your order. If we receive the product(s) after this term we may not be able to refund you.

Return Cost may vary from 80$ to 200$ depending on package volume and distance. Please make sure your return has reached us by sending an inquiry at office@biensavvy.eu

Here are the steps you need to take before returning your order:

1.       notify us by email regarding your intention to return your order at office@biensavvy.eu  - we need all the info you provided when you placed the order – Order ID, Name, Address, email, phone, Product code, Product price

2.       our custmer care team will reply to your email in max 48 hours and  give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and all the details regarding the return process

3.       we advise you to return your order with TNT.

4.       Bien Savyy will notify TNT regarding the return and a TNT courier will contact you to pick up the package.
